Mike Jackson is a retired academic who now lives in Shropshire. He studied Computer Science at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. As part of his working life, Mike was a Professor at the University of Wolverhampton. Mike currently moderates exam papers as part of the BCS Higher Education Qualification. He is a member of the tbe BCS Academic Accreditation Committee.

Mike Jackson - Nigeria 2009. I travelled to Nigeria on business in February 2009. The purpose of the visit was to meet with colleagues at the Enugu State University ESUT. ESUT is based in Enugu, the capital city of Enugu State in Nigeria. To get to Enugu I flew to Abuja and then took a local Nigerian flight. All the photographs show pictures taken in Enugu. I visited the Chestnut Centre at Chapel-en-le-Frith in July 2008 and was able to get some nice shots of otters and deer. It occured to me that it might be a good idea to collect together any photographs of wildlife onto one site. The problem is I very infreqently get the chance to photograph aninmals so this site will only grow very slowly! .
